1. Definitions

● “We/Us/Our” refers to Steady Wheel Transport Ltd.

● “You/Your” refers to the customer or client using our services.

● “Services” refers to same-day courier and urgent transport services.

2. Booking and Service Agreement

 

By booking a service with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance.

 

3. Pricing and Payment

​

● Quotes are provided based on information supplied at the time of booking.

● Additional charges may apply for waiting time, out-of-hours service, or incorrect/missing information.

● Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing

4. Cancellations

​

● Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the scheduled collection time will not incur a fee.

● Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.

 

5. Liability and Insurance

​

● We take all reasonable steps to ensure the safe and timely delivery of goods.

● Our liability is limited in accordance with the RHA Conditions of Carriage (latest edition).

● We strongly advise clients to insure high-value or sensitive items independently

6. Prohibited Items We do not carry:

​

● Illegal items

● Dangerous goods without prior agreement

● Live animals or perishable goods (unless agreed in writing)

 

7. Delays and Force Majeure

 

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, or third-party interference.

8. Complaints

 

All complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the service date. We will respond within 5 working days.

 

9. Use of Website

● We do not guarantee its accuracy or availability at all times.

 

10. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
